We are close enough to town for all activities, but far enough away to get away from all the hustle and bustle.
Directly across the street from Skier’s Edge is Mount Quandary offering a variety of activities during all seasons. During the winter season, there is cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobile trails.
Skier’s Edge is an older rustic mountain lodge. We offer a family friendly environment. Skier’s Edge has three fireplaces located throughout the common areas. One of which is a huge rock double sided fireplace in our historical A-frame. We have an indoor swimming pool, and hot tub, two large decks that offer a great place to have family gatherings.
We offer three room sizes to accommodate your party. Our Studio will sleep 2 people, offers a queen size bed and small kitchenette. Our one bedroom will sleep 6 people, and offers 2 queen size beds, a pull out couch, and a full kitchen. Our two bedroom will sleep 10 people and is the same as the one bedroom except they have 4 queen beds. All of our rooms have beautiful views of the Mountains, The Blue River, and gorgeous forest lands.
Skier’s Edge is within 1 hour of eight ski resorts, Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin, Copper Mountain,Cooper, Vail, and Beaver Creek.
Breckenridge has also become a hotbed for cross-country skiing. Two world-class Nordic centers provide the town with over 50 kilometers of groomed trails and a boundless, beautiful backcountry to explore. Nordic skiers from the novice to the expert can also take advantage of rentals,lessons,backcountry ski tours and spirited races.
For those who prefer added adventures, Breckenridge’s winter wonderland offers sleigh rides,dog sledding,ice skating,hot air balloon rides, snowmobiling,ice fishing,mine tours,museums,spas,theater,nightlife, world-class events and much,much more.
